Hi, I’m Dr. Regina Lazarovich, PhD

Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Compass CBT

I have dedicated my fifteen-year career to helping individuals with anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, insomnia, OCD, BFRBs (skin picking & hair pulling), adult ADHD, binge eating disorder, emotional eating, negative body image, people-pleasing, and perfectionism.

I want to help you find peace with yourself and live a more fulfilling life. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. My style is warm, affirming, and encouraging.

I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment for Body Focused Repetative Behaviors (ComB), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). I use a Health at Every Size (HAES) and weight-inclusive lens with clients struggling with food and body image.

I intentionally keep my practice small to provide my patients with the highest level of personalized care.
